Processing time
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Processing time is an estimate and is separate from transit time. Newly sourced, pre-order, custom or temporarily unavailable items may require additional time.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time depends on the selected product and variant, quantity, parcel size and weight, destination, carrier availability and customs conditions. The shipping method and current estimate available for your order are shown at checkout.
Customs inspections, remote locations, islands, peak periods, public holidays, severe weather and address problems may extend delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges and free shipping
NAGOMI currently uses two international shipping zones:
- International — Standard: USD $7.99 shipping for orders below USD $50. Eligible orders of USD $50 or more receive free shipping.
- International — High Cost: USD $17.99 shipping for orders below USD $75. Eligible orders of USD $75 or more receive free shipping.
The zone and rate that apply depend on the delivery country or region. Some destinations or products may be unavailable. The shipping charge, free-shipping eligibility and delivery estimate shown at checkout are the final options for that cart and destination.
Free shipping covers the shipping rate only. It does not mean that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance fees are included.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number is sent after dispatch. Tracking scans may pause during customs processing or a final-mile carrier handoff. Contact us after the checkout delivery window has passed if tracking has not meaningfully updated.
Taxes shown at checkout
Any tax collected by the store will be shown before payment. A zero or prepaid amount at checkout does not guarantee that the destination country will impose no separate import charge.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes are included or prepaid, the recipient may be charged customs duty, import VAT, sales or use tax, brokerage, handling or clearance fees by the destination government, postal operator or carrier. These charges are separate from NAGOMI’s product price and shipping charge.
NAGOMI cannot accurately predict these amounts because they depend on the destination, product classification, country of origin, declared value and current local law. We do not undervalue parcels or mark commercial purchases as gifts. Unpaid charges may cause delay, return or disposal.
Address and delivery issues
Contact us immediately if your delivery address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows delivered, first check the delivery location, household members and local carrier. We may request official carrier or post-office confirmation when investigating a non-delivery claim.
