These Terms govern purchases from NAGOMI JAPAN together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy pages.

Products and availability

We aim to describe goods accurately. Screen and lighting differences can affect color, and measurements may include reasonable manufacturing or manual-measurement tolerances. Availability, fulfillment routes and estimates can change. We may cancel and refund an order where a product, route, price or description has a material error or fulfillment is unavailable.

Orders and payment

Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance remains subject to payment review, availability and lawful fulfillment to the destination.

International fulfillment

Goods may be sourced, processed and shipped by international partners, and separate products may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Duties and taxes

Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, displayed prices and shipping do not include destination duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance fees. The recipient may be responsible under local law.

Store use and liability

You must not submit fraudulent orders or misuse the store or its content. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, conflict, incorrect addresses or events outside reasonable control.

Changes
