Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and vary by destination, carrier, customs, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Available options and the final charge are displayed at checkout. Unless a more specific rate is shown, standard international shipping is USD $15. Orders of USD $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping where checkout indicates eligibility.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details are sent after dispatch. Tracking can take several business days to update.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact ijinden05@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a parcel arrives damaged. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy when responsibility is confirmed.

Split shipments

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive at different times. No additional shipping charge will be added after checkout solely because an order is split.
